The aim of our training is to assist management in implementing
its strategic aims in the context of its current business environment.
Success is measured by improved performance at both individual and
corporate levels.
Our Design
FitchTraining specialises in customised credit training. Tailoring
starts with the design. We seek to understand the client, the goals,
the background of the participants and in particular the marketplace
within which the participants are operating. As these change so do our
courses, our case studies and our materials.
Our training is practical, focused and results oriented to ensure
that participants can apply the knowledge gained in the training to
their day-to-day work.
Our Materials
For the participant customisation is evident through the materials
and case studies. When participants recognise typical situations, their
type of clients, deals done by their colleagues, the training is given
in context. To reflect the workplace and its challenges as closely as
possible, our training will typically incorporate:
- sector focus / types of clients targeted
- particular product capabilities now (and in the near term)
- completed client transactions
- financial spread sheets and forecasting models used
- our client's standard language, terminology and procedures
- special exposure limitations and requirements
- RAROC models participants may need to use to support risk: return
discussions.
In addition, we welcome management's active participation in the programmes.
This can be done in a time efficient manner by way of short topical
presentations and case debriefs.
